Hi, I'm Beth. I'm a coach who gives you time and space to think. 

Beth Parfitt is the Interim Director at Cahla, a coaching-led leadership company. She is a MOE Certified Coach, an accredited C-me Activator, and is currently working towards her International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC qualification.

Beth holds a degree in Psychology and brings 14 years of experience in the Third Sector. Since 2016, she has used coaching skills and a coaching mindset to build and lead a large team of digital and content experts.
